LOC and travel issues for NRI look out circular

(4) NRI may ask for in this case NRI need to obtain a clearance certificate from police which in-turn mean that NRI or your presence is not 

(5) but nri must understand that this answer is not a substitute for professional legal advice as this needs to be presented through a LTR with most keywords such as 498a | 498a IPC | Section 498a | IPC 498a | Section 498 | 498a Law

(6) further 498a section 3 4 related to dp act 1961 and also false dv complaint and nri charge sheet issues pending advice needed by nri husband

(7) nri 498a judgments are aplenty but the right judgment has right or similar facts to be applied to NRI matters

(8) 498a against nri husband is false if allegations by nris wife are wrong and evidences need to be submitted to the police, court and relevant authority

(9) 498a nri passport may get revoked or impounded u/s 10(3)(e) as a serious violation of supreme court orders and advisory issued by ministry of home affiars

Please note that:-

Indian Government has not started any men cell for NRI or man cell for NRI's, Non-Resident Indians/ Foreign Citizenship holder Indians/ PIO's or Non-Immigrant Worker (H1B Visa), but, if you are a man (or boy) whose wife (or girlfriend or neighbour lady or foreigner) has filed false FIR against you in India or abroad and you have unrebuttable evidences and documents proving her false FIR or police complaint {or her false court cases) then you need to put that girl/ lady/ wife behind the bars legally and technically using right judgments of Supreme Court.
